We are located conveniently in the heart of the Noho Arts district, walking distance to restaurants, bars, movie theaters, coffee shops & the NoHo Metro Station.
At just over 4000 square feet, with a lounge, stage, dance studio (which can be dressed with included curtains to blend in to the rest of the space), movable walls, dimmable lighting and more - we're able to be utilized for limitless creative activities. So, whether you have an art exhibit, wedding reception, business meeting, concert, showcase, theater show, or film shoot we can provide you with the space.
The space is air conditioned, with modern amenities including wifi.

Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed when served by a licensed bartender. No alcohol may be for purchase - must be hosted. We require security for all events with alcohol, for an additional fee.
NO SMOKING!! ALCOHOL MAY NOT BE SOLD!!!!
Sound system is not included, but A/V may be available, inquire for fees.
Liability agreement : All clients are required to sign a basic liability waiver for damage responsibility.
