Retail space in Osprey Village

Osprey Village is a picturesque community located on the beautiful Fraser River, in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia.

This retail space operates for half the year (mid-August to end of September) as an ice cream shop called Sweet Tooth Creamery. In the winter months (October to March) we would like to make our space available for a long-term lease. The fixed counters can be used as display shelves and to set up your cash register. Our corner storefront has 2 large display windows and enjoys the morning and early afternoon sun. Very bright and open space. Newly constructed building - built-in 2013, so the space is clean and fresh. The location is the best part of this retail space. Located by the Fraser River in the beautiful Osprey Village and surrounded by other booming businesses this destination area draws locals and tourists year round. Osprey Village is featured in the Circle Farm tour of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows and is the host to Osprey Christmas Lighting Ceremony in the winter. This area is missing a gift store, home décor, fashion, and children's clothing boutique, so many retail pop-ups would do incredibly well here.
