If you're looking for a multi room event space with a theater, this is PERFECT for you! Intimate black box theater with independent access (from the rear). Ideal for your next event or production.
Outdoor lobby area is also included with heat lamps and overhead fans. Pre-hung color adjustable LED lighting, projection screen with projector and a brand new soundboard. Seating for 70-100 people.
** Theater, back patio and 1 parking spot is all yours (plenty of parking on and around Vineland). Studio A is also all yours if available.

** You have complete and private access to the theater and back patio during your rental time. The kitchen and lobby are shared spaces when classes and coaching's are in session. If you would like to have complete and private access to more spaces in the building please let me know so that I can find the right date and time for you.
** Please be aware that if you need time to set up and break down this is part of your rental time and you will need to plan accordingly or book more hours. You will NOT be able to come in and set up before your rental start time as we may have a class or other rentals in session.
