A NOTE ABOUT SCHEDULING: We require 2hrs in between every booking to property clean and disinfect for everyone's safety

A NOTE ABOUT OUR COVID PRACTICES: We are a 100% contactless studio. We have hands free hand sanitizers all around and the studio is cleaned/disinfected after EVERY booking.

NEWLY INCLUDED: * Pre-lit with Quasar RGB lights controlled via Luminaire App on an iPad. * Fresh Cyc floor for every shoot. * 10 Sandbags, 12 stands (C-stand, rollers), 2 Apple Box Families

HOURS: Available 7-days a week | 24-hours. Off hours will incur an additional studio manager fee of $40/hr.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: Studio time is from first arrival to taillights. 1.5 OT kicks in regardless of hours, so please plan accordingly.

ADDITIONAL RENTALS: Basic grip equipment will be provided with each rental. We have a wide array of gear both on and off property for rent at very reasonable rates and will provide free delivery for any additional gear you may need. Additional COI may be required depending on rentals.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: * If your crew grows between the booking and rental date, so will our rate. * ALL OT is 1.5. Please plan accordingly. * If you use glitter, confetti, powder, food, or any other unusual, hard to clean substance without proper planning with an art department, pre-notification, and approval in writing, you will be billed an additional $200 cleaning fee plus the extra studio time it takes to clean at OT rates.

CLEANING: The studio is properly cleaned and disinfected in-between every booking. However, clients are expected to return the studio to how they found it when they arrive. Any unusual, hard to clean messes will incur additional fees.

What are the power capabilities like in the space? * 100 amps. 20 Amp circuits.

Easy Parking

Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? * Not during COVID. Everything is smart-lock and virtual. Studio manager is virtually available and can come down in an emergency. $25/hr Studio manager is required for off-hour bookings.

What are the parking and load-in / loud out options on site? * 6 normal size cars can park right outside 15 ft from the stage. Very easy load-in. Non-restricted street parking and very cheap public parking nearby.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Production: -Rates are based on Approx. 15 person crew sizes. Flat rates available on a case by case basis. Hit us up. -Rental time is from arrival to tail lights. -Renter is responsible for restoring studio to the arrival condition. -Renter must pack out unusually large trash. -No confetti or glitter.

Events: -Client is responsible for cleanup. We currently have an in-house cleaning crew you can pay directly for $180 (150 + tip). You can also hire them to clean/bus during the event for an additional $15/hr. -Clock is based on studio manager time. From the time anything is delivered for prep or decoration, to the time everyone is gone and the event is completely cleaned/erased. -$500 fee if anyone at your event throws up...so don't invite amateurs. It will fall on you. -Smoking in parking lot only. -No confetti or glitter. -No illegal activity. -We may require you hire security depending on the event.
