The Bright and Spacious Lotus Room

This space is perfect for Wellness Events (ask about our holistic Baby Showers & Bridal Showers), Small Film Shoots, Photoshoots, Workshops and Private upscale yoga and fitness and dance classes. Our Center is located in the hip NoHo Arts District, with two beautiful studios, reception area, enclosed private patio with beautiful plants, bathrooms, extra small production office, and easy street-level load-in capabilities. The Lotus Room is 1100 square feet and offers high ceilings, Bamboo hardwood floors, a great sound system, quiet air and heating system (great for shoots), and street load-in access.

For an extra fee, we have a wireless zoom and 3 camera hardwired system complete with Vmix automation to film your creation on demand! We offer full-service pre- and post-production too. We can offer catering and onsite staff for all your coordinating needs.

This is a beautiful space so there is no smoking (you can smoke outside on the patio), no alcohol at all and the noise has to be down by 10pm.

We have a small secured parking garage that enters the studio from the private garage. Depending on the day/time there are 17 commercial spots. We have a lot of free street space located directly in front of the studio and on Chandler street.
