Creative Event & Gallery space in Chelsea Art district

RULES

• Alcohol permitted if not selling.
• Catering allowed.
• The daily rate of $2,300is for a weekday from 9am to 5pm. Off hours $300/hour.
• Saturday and Sunday daily rate is $2,500 and off-hours rental fee is $330/hour.
• Multiple days over night fee will be charged $350/night
• Additional $40/hour over 50 guests.
• A site rep fee(supporting the event at the beginning and the ending)$130.
• After the event cleaning fee $130.
• The renters must provide their own items (garbage bags, kitchen papers etc.) for the space unless otherwise negotiated.
• A specific time frame must be determined for the agreement.(Move in to move out timing)
• The lender is not responsible for any damages done to or loss of the renter’s works/possessions or physical injuries. The renter has the responsibility to obtain necessary insurance.
• Smoking, and cooking is not allowed on the premises. Wine and beer are acceptable.
• If alcohol is served the renter must hire one or two security guards.
• Light music is allowed, NO DJs. No group dancing. No loud singing.
• Furniture rental: Chairs ($1.20 each), Tables ($12 each, with table cloth $20 each), coat racks ($15 each), Pedestals ($12 each), speakers ($65each), microphones ($20 each) and projector ($85). The rental amenities fee must be paid directly to the venue when they were ordered.
• The refundable security deposit fee of $700 is for one day rental. The security deposit amount depend on the rental length(after deducting a cleaning fee).
• Extra hours fee, security deposit, rental in-house furniture fees, site rep fee, cleaning fee and hourly fee over 50 guests should be paid directly to the venue after the booking.
