In the Sulzer area of Winterthur, a modern shopping center was built in the location of a former locomotive factory.

While the brick facade remained largely in its original condition, the new building volume was intertwined in a contemporary, organic form. The old facade can still be experienced through large box windows. Glass elliptical shops, curved shop and a palm garden inside the mall.
