A Fine Balance is a yoga studio that also offers a multi purpose venue space available for hire in vibrant Upminster, East London on the Essex border.
The studio offers natural light and contemporary decoration (exposed brick wall, white walls and wood laminate floors). This allows the space to be used in a variety of ways.
The space can be used as a therapy space, for pop-up shops, photoshoots, gallery space, supper clubs, as well as holistic treatments.

Weekdays (Monday to Friday) * Available @ 125 (11:00 to 17:00) * Or @ £35 per hour
Weekend slots (Saturdays and Sundays) * Available @ £35 per hour or 6 hours block @ £125 * Saturdays 11:30 to 21:00 * Sundays 12:00 to 21:00

The space is also used as a yoga studio during the morning and evening. Therefore, tenant must clean the space fully everyday after ease use, including adhering to COVID guidelines / sanitising all touch points, hoovering and mopping. All rubbish must be removed after each clean. Further T&Cs apply which will be shared at the time of discussion.
