Located in a lovely Sherman Oaks-adjacent neighborhood, this cozy spacious cottage art studio features a cement floor and wood paneling. Double pane windows block outside sound.
Desks, easels and folding chairs are available or may be removed to suit your project. All-gender bathroom and kitchen sink are located inside the studio.
The glass sunroom serves as a waiting room or office space. It looks out onto a well manicured Zen garden surrounded by tall bamboo, stone benches, river rocks and fountain.
